Matt Chaussee is the co-founder and CEO of award-winning immersive media and virtual reality video production studio, Be More Colorful. Together with his wife and company co-founder, Katie, the two have turned this once upon a time “”mom and pop VR shop”” into a skilled team of media professionals with clients in over 14 states. The team is focused on providing students with equitable access to authentic career experiences through the company’s flagship product, CareerViewXR.

Through CareerViewXR, Matt and his team build virtual tours and virtual reality video that bring real-world work environments directly into the classroom, offering a dynamic and practical tool for students considering their future careers. His team’s vision is to ease the career decision-making process for younger generations, by dramatically increasing awareness of available careers, and helping ensure every student has an opportunity to discover their dream job.
