Cornell Ellis is an experienced leader with a proven track record in the primary/secondary education industry. He is skilled in various areas including nonprofit organizations, coaching, public speaking, mentoring, and fundraising. Cornell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Ancient World History from Avila University.

Over the course of his career in education, Cornell has taught, managed, and led schools to years of consecutive growth. He is also the visionary behind the founding of two initiatives, AMPLIFY and BLOC, both dedicated to promoting the sustainability of the education profession. In addition to these accomplishments, Cornell has also successfully envisioned and executed nationally reputable conferences and events for educators of color. Furthermore, his fundraising efforts for BLOC have resulted in raising over $2 million for the initiative’s growth.
